Return Policy – Herbist

At Herbist, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that you receive high-quality products in excellent condition. This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (where applicable)

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or faulty item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
